extreme shyness and aversion to do any work in public _{Page 2 of 2}

Currently I have confidence to face people for short duration of time ... but cannot talk with the openness as I can talk ... I mostly reply to ppl questions
Has tough time when buying things moving in crowdy places.fi find people starring at me I become tense asks if someone laugh whether at me or laughs with others I become very very causious .....regarding the liking of food I like sweet the most.
The thing which has improved a bit is I can answer call in public and does give reply and doesn't cut the call but it too is for a short duration call

i could not complete the things which u wanted to know as my father health was not well... regarding my bowel .. i normally have clear stool with high odourful gas ,some times have constipation ... if i apply pressure white fluid discharges comes from penis(sometimes ) .. i always has negative thought if some one doesn't do my work/does not answer my call.Before the medication i had excess erotic thoughts..but currently it has reduced .. i always takes time to grasp for word ,names if i have to speak continously on a topic.. hope i have given all the nessecary info ..

forgot to mention i am having cold ... it feel to me most during night time .. and if windy then also during the days

Hmm I must say that god has helped me through you .. I have gain a significant amount of confidence and does not get extreme sensitive to people who i are watching me .

But the confidence seems to getting lower I guess as the duration of stopping the medicine (like I have stopped the medicine 3 days from now.)

The one thing i forgot to mention is during this time medication i have got a large number of small pimples on face and head ...is it due to the medicine

Yes i am better than before but i am still prespire from hands and the fear too is there ,definately lesser than before

Sir i have one more problem whuch i havent inform you about
i dont exactly ehen it started but it got noticed since 4 years ,I have almost all over my body circular shaped neurofibloma ... which is only above the navel region at the back and front except the face and neck region . Mostly on the areas which are covered by garments ... some are painful while others aren't its increasing from past few months. Is it dangerous

for the shyness i have to continue the medicine which you have said and see the result

can two problems medicine can be taken together

Hi after a very long time I am again posting .. actually u went to Delhi to find work there and didnt had time to take medicine .
As for the situations faced in delhi as i was aalone a I had to do things on my own without any support from any known person .. In the beginning things look very difficult for me buy as the time goes by I started to gain confidence to neglect my thinking what people are thinking about me till the moment the weather was cool .. but when the weather became mild warm I started prespire for all the place which the most prominent was the forehead and there sees to be heat tank the region around my waist until I stop a any activity and drink something cooled or cool down my self or wipe my face I feel dejected and doesn't have confidence to even buy tickets at metro station .. but soon the situation changes and things become cooler I feel that now I have the confidence to knock a boxer down
Now I am back from delhi to my place kolkata here there's more humid weather so I don't know how to live without prespire and save myself from embassies situation ... One more thing which I took note of was if ppl make fun of me I get more concerned and fell ucb more uneasy ..

I took medicine for 3 days.the result produced appreciable improvement
1.I after being into crowded place for a while get more confidence and this seems to improve as I start to talk with people in between conversation even without being asked to participate ..
2 my sensitiveness reduce
But the perspiration has improved a little which do a ke me feel uneasy/embarrassing.
3 at times i talkl loud without caring about the world but soon after disconnecting the call I gets nervous as usual but get normal sooner then before

I have taken the medicine nat mur for almost 1.5 months and I am hear to thank GOD as well as you for helping me cone out from a nightmare which I thought was incurable ...
I am 90% better than before as I now have the confidence to face any person whether it be female/male dignified person or a common man now my hesitation has subsidise to 5-10 % only .. I am really happy at my change so now I am busy doing my work which I would hardly do in my previous years
