hyperthyroid diagnosis - 31 year old

Hi,
I got a TSH of 0.008 which is hyperthyroid. Tests for T3 , T4 etc. are pending. I did not have any particular symptoms, the low TSH finding was accidental. I have not had any major changes in weight, menstrual cycles are always on time ( 30 days) . I have a 3 year old daughter. post par-tum I started getting pain in joints, ankle, knee, back. The pain is now in my neck and shoulders ( when i turn my neck i get a click sound) . when i was small i used o get a click sound from my jaw at times and my jaw would get stuck. I also get some crackling sound from some of my joints when i move them rapidly. I had these symptoms 2 years back , i walked a lot for 6 months and the symptoms subsided. Last 1 month i have been in extreme stress as my husband was in a critical state ( he was later diagnosed with Tuberculosis in intestine , had a surgery, seems to be recovering well) but the last 1 month seems to have aggravated my symptoms . I went to test for TB. told the doc if she would also check for thyroid and TSH came very low. I am prone to sinus ( very mild degree) since my childhood and i take Bryonia if i feel giddy in the head because of sinus. I also wake up with a dry throat especially when the weather is cold. Some cough drains after i wake up and my throat feels fine through the day. My mouth doesn't close fully in my sleep.
