chronic urinary infection
sir ,I am male 52 yrs , had gone through multiple time surgeries in past 20yrs for removal of calcium oxalate stone from left kidney. In the year 1995 a stone size 19mm was removed from left kidney, then in the subsequent year a urethral stritcher was detected and urethroplasty was done in the yr 2006. Again a big size stone was removed in the yr 2008 through pyelithonomy. In the year 2010 again stritcher urethra dialated to improve urine flow. Finally in yr 2012 a stone was removed through pyelithonomy and pyeoplasty was done for PUJ obstructions.PRESENT CHIEF COMPLAINS - PUJ obstructions , urethral and bladder neck stritcher, weak urine flow , burning in urine , latest IVP report reveals PUJ obstructions , renal scan shows that the function of left kidney has reduced to some extent . creatinine normal ( 0.9 ) , uric acid 6.4 , no other health issues. some doctors had taken this case but unable to cure this chronic infection. some medicine like berb vul 200 , canthris 200 , sarsaparilla 200 , reckeweg drops R27 R18 R64 , thuja 200 tried.According to USG , presently there is no stone in left kidney. urine culture shows gram negative bacille and organism KLAEBSIELLA SPICES. colony count greater than one lakh .also have gall stone . major concern is the recurrent infection since past 6 yrs.please help me and suggest some remedy to get some relief.....thanks
LATEST URINE ROUTINE AS ON 18 Jan 2015 - ALBUMIN TRACE , BLOOD + , RBC 6 to 8, PUS CELLS 40-45 , EPITH CELLS 5 to 6, CALCIUM OXALATE CRYSTALS +.
