i hope i have answered enough.
thank you for your help!

2. Main complaints and other associated troubles.
a)Where is the trouble; The exact locality of the complaint like hands, legs etc; duration of trouble.
ANS. Two hemangioma birth marks, one on her left chest above heart area, this one is 1.5cm in diameter, circular and slightly raised, bright red in colour, was hyperpigmented at birth, (white) and then went red in her first few days, hasnt seemed to get any bigger, just got red and raised. Second is around her anus, not sure if it goes internally, doctors werent sure, She has had MRI scans (for her tethered cord) and they havnt noticed anything internally. This one is irregular in shape and is not raised, just deep red and looks like it is probably deeper than her other. This one ulcerates at times because of the area its in. Doesnt apprear to be getting any bigger since birth. She also has a tethered cord which she will be having surgery for in the coming months. Her spine is okay except for the sacram area where on the left side it is under developed and the right side is tethered with a sacral dimple. She also has a fat deposit which runs the entire length of her spine on the left side. And a sac of fluid in the sacram area ( appologies i am unsure of the medical terms)
b)What exactly do child feels, Sensation as pain, how pain feels or burn etc, according to you.

ANS.
e)Condition under which the complaint is increased like, cold or hot application, cold or hot weather, position as standing, walking, rest etc.

Ok thank you.
The fat deposit along her spine is internal and I cannot see it. It is part of her tethered cord symptoms.
Sorry I should of explained better. Will this change the treatment you suggested?
Again thank you for all your help
