Sciatic nerve pain

I've been having pain on the right side of my buttock just below the hip slightly radiating down the right leg.And also having right sided low abdominal pain,this pain is not there continously,coming on and off..The CAT scan of my abdomen and pelvic area is absolutely normal.I need help in finding out the cause of my pain.I'll appreciate your help.

1.colocynth 6c thrice in a day
2.Mag. Phos 3x 4 tab thrice in a day

3. Nycteanthus a Q 30ml 10 drops thrice in a day with water for a month.

Dear doctor,Thanks for your reply..Inspite of the right leg heaviness and occassional pain on it,I'm also having low back pain problem.My recent MRI has shown that I'm having a mild concentric disc bulge at L1-2,L4-L5 and L5-S1..As per the doctor's advice,I'm undergoing physical therapy thrice a week which I started from last week..But the pain is still there.I would like to know if there are any homeopathic medicines that could cure my bulging disc problem..And would like to know where I could buy the homeopathic medicines online since I live in MI,USA..Appreciate your help.
