Sciatica Left Leg from 18 Years

I am suffering from sciatica please advice.
My problem details are as follow
1. Name:-Naveen
2. Sex:-Male
3. Age:-35
4. Height:-5’6”
5. Weight:-60Kg
6. Problem:-Pain in left leg from waist to small finger of foot. In whole foot from top to bottom in back side. In thigh I feel pain in front left side also. It started at the age of 17, perhaps after taking an injection in my back.
7. Relief:-After oil message or pressing effected area
8. More in winter, less in summer.
9. Running, sitting for a long time, Long walk, Eating bananas or curd and cold drinks increases the pain very much.
10. I am Arguing and Moody.
11. Thrust and Hunger Normal. Sweat and Bowl movement Normal.
12. I sleep folding my legs. No sexual problems.
13. My two uncles are suffering from Parkinson.
14. Currently I am taking no medicine and doing Yoga(Surya Namaskar).
