Please help with scabies

Hello I've had scabies for 5 months now and it has been horrible. I would not even want my worst enemy to have this. I thought I was cured after 3 months, I was so happy but turned out that I didn't completely get rid of them. So the quest continues. I've tried borax and peroxide, tea tree oil, 2% sulfur soap, diamecous earth, oral invermetin. These all helped a bit but I wasn't completely cured and now it has spread to my scalp.

I've read that psorinum 30c can help cure scabies so I ordered some but have no idea how to take it. I would be eternally grateful if someone can give me pointers Thanks! :)

Here's a little information about me that I got from other post to help you get an idea about my condition

1. Describe your main suffering? State the correct location.

Scabies for 5 months (scalp, belly line around the waist, under breast, armpits, genital, thighs, inner thighs next to genitals, really stubborn ones on right knee, arms, elbows, minor case on legs)

I thought I had cured myself after 3 months of borax and peroxide and I've tried oral ivermetin

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?

Diagnosed with anxiety. Occasional insomnia. Easily stressed. Usually get sick when the weather changes in the summer when it's really hot (90 degrees or above)

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?

Worried that it won't go away. It angers me. Tired of following all the regimens to get rid of scabies. Sometimes (not often) catastrophic thoughts like "I might get ride of it if I kill myself" but I know I'm not being serious. Paranoid and constant researching for cures. I'm trying to meditate and it helps keeps me balanced in the mean time

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.

Itchy so itchy. When I'm not using a borax and peroxide mix on my body, I would wake up due to extreme itch every 3 hrs. Itchy annoyance during the day with every itch I get I get a little worried and paranoid

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?

I think I caught it at a school outside in the playground. It started on my feet and the scabies worked its way up to my scalp and whole body.

Not sure if this is pertinent but at one point I wished I had a minor illness so that I have a reason to not go move forward in life. I wanted to be motivated but at the same time I'm comfortable so the guilt and dissonance made me think that way.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?

Random times during mid day and at night time

7. What are the things that aggravate your suffering and those that ameliorate the same? Example: time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.

Sugary sweets, carbs maybe. Rainly wet weathers or when I turn on my humidifer


8. Do you think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

I don't know but I think I caught it from a school playground. There were lots of plants around me when I caught it

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?

I think I feel better during the hotter/drier weather since my dry skin makes it harder for the scabies

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.

I like staying in my comfort zone but I am an idealist at the same time so I try really hard to push myself to achieve goals. Easily stressed. I used to think life is hard. Kind of black and white thinking. Anxious, insomnia, too much thinking, not really living in the moment but "in my head". Negative thoughts, sensitive, nervous (especially towards novel situations). Quiet but I've been reaching out more.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?

Loud noise and how it looks scares me, uneasy

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?

I try to make myself feel better.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?

Loud sounds make it hard to concentrate.

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless Weeping, talking to one self etc?

playing with my hair. I like to talk to myself to plan out what to do or work through problems

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?

I feel I have a negative toxic family. They stress me out that's why I live alone.
Don't have close friends, we hang out a few times a year.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?

Deathly afraid of snakes. I have angry dreams when I'm stressed. Maybe sometimes jealously dreams

12. What do you crave in food items and what are your aversions?

I crave cheesecake and chocolate at night but it is rare that I do. Usually I crave salty savory foods.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?

Sometimes I have excessive thirst and no matter how much water I drink I feel that I have a dry mouth

14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?

Less hunger now (maybe because its hot so I don't have much of an appetite) Usually normal

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?

Too much carbs makes me sleepy. Caffine makes me anxious and even teas

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?

I sweat on my upper lip easily and its more than normal

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?

Occasional irritable bowel movements and hemorrhoids. Usually dark brown.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?

Insomia at times, not wanting to go to sleep. I try to sleep on my back but I find that sleeping on my right side is the most comfortable for me.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?

Maybe a little harder or effortful.

20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings? How are you different from others?

Really good at reading into other's feelings and body language. Sometimes I can take onto other's feelings as my own. For ex, if I'm with someone negative, it really rubs off on it. I guess I take on other ppl's energy?

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?

Tried ivermetin 3 times at a week apart. Stopped Then tried it again after a few weeks for 2 times a week apart. Did not cured me.

22. What major diseases are running in your family?

We have bad eyesight. Can't see things that are far without glasses/contact not sure if that farsighted or nearsighted. Family is kind of negative, lack thinking. We don't talk about feelings, emotional needs. We only take care of each other on a physical level.

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.

5"2'. Asian girl, slim but skinny fat, some stomach fat, 23 yrs old, slight arm fat.

24. If your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe the irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, clots etc.

Flow type used to be heavy during my teenage yrs. Now its on the normal/light side. Normal but not on a clock work

25. What major diseases have you had in your life and when. Please write them in a chronological manner.

I had canker sores all though out my life from a small child to when I was 19. Now I only get them when I'm stressed out.

Depression at 9 during parents' divorce

Ring worm at 15 or 16

Wort on my foot at 16

Food poisoning at 17

Anxiety and insomia started at 18 during college. Anxiety is less severe now due to meditation but before big days or during a novel situatuion I still get anxious and can't sleep

Family- I don't like to be around my family. They have a negative outlook and lack mentality on life and it rubs off on me when I'm around them. They are energy zappers and I always feel exhausted/drained around them. I'm more positive when not around them. I don't have a good relationship with my mother. She forces her opinion on me and like to violate my boundaries. I try to avoid going home for the most part and rather live alone. I can depend on them for financial support or physical support, just not any emotional support.

colleagues- Due to the nature of my work. I don't work with my coworkers just my supervisor. We work great with each other. She says I have a good attitude and is great with taking constructive feedback and I have even gotten the same feed back from my supervisor's supervisor.

friend- I don't have much close friends. I only have a few friends that we hang out a few times a year.

Overall energy- I usually feel a bit drained after work because I work with kids with autism and I have to do emotional labor at time. Other times I feel great after work when I had fun playing with the kid, depends on the day. But I usually start of the day energized. I listen to positive affirmations before I head out the door.

Relationship- I've had 2 long term boyfriends and I realized I don't know how to show love. They say that I am selfish and I just take love without ever giving back. Part of the reason is I don't know how to show love or I don't feel safe to give love.

I had depression at 9-11 yrs old due to my parents divorced. After the divorced, I lived with my mom and she was in a horrible place in her life. She was irrational and unreasonable at that point in her life and blamed me for a lot of the things in her life. She was really mean and I was scared of her and her yelling and blaming me. I've internalized that I was unlovable and it affected my self esteem but I know it's not like that now. She never met my emotional needs, though she did met my physical needs.

Identity crisis- For the longest time I felt like I didn't have a personality up until I left for college. Back then my whole identity revolved around keeping my mom satisfied and do what she wanted me to do and act how she wanted me to act. If I didn't, she would guilt/shame me and emotionally punished me. My whole mentality was to take on a persona that avoided the negative consequences. I only found myself during and after college.

Death- My grandfather passed away yrs ago. I didn't even know his health was in such a bad shape and my family kept that away from me so his death felt like a shock.

c)Memory,ability to concentrate/comprehend.

I have good memory towards things that are important to me (like important events, happy days). Small things like what I had for lunch yesterday would be hard to recall.
I have really good concentration. I can focus for 3-4 hrs at a time w/o break.

I am really good at comprehending the emotional feelings of others. Really good at verbalizing feelings. Math and science, not so much. Logic and brain tease are harder for me

d)Are you fearful of anything eg: Animals, people, being alone, darkness, death, disease, robbers, thunder, storm, high places.

Deathly afraid of snakes. I am afraid of sleeping in the dark. Usually I have to keep a bright desk lamp on. I am afraid of getting raped/rapists. I feel uncomfortable walking alone at night and fear for my safety.

e)Are you anxious about anything: if yes, give details.

Diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder. I am anxious about authority figures, being in a big group of new ppl, new places when traveling, new job, new environment and getting used to it (going off to college as an example), driving in LA traffic, anxious about my self presentation (how I look or what I say), afraid of invalidation by others.

f)Are you impatient.

I am not impatient if I'm waiting for something that is not that important (waiting at doctors office or in line) but if it is important to me like seeing if I got the job offer then yes I can be impatient

g)Are you doubtful or suspicious.

I used to be suspicious of peoples intentions but now I try to see with love and my outlook has changed.

h)Are you hurt easily (emotionally)how do you react. Does it cause hatred/revenge.

I am sensitive. Words about my appearance or of my social status hurt and affects me. I usually mope around until time passes or I keep thinking about it and over think it. I try to prove others wrong by working on myself. But this just means that I think that there's something wrong with me and it just hurts me more. Now I try to stay true to me and I realize that not everyone is going to like you and its ok

Only on issues that I care about like my appearance or social status.

j)Are you depressed, if so, reason/circumstances.

I was depressed at9-11 due to parents' divorced. Also at 19 during college and after graduating college since I wasn't sure of what I wanted to pursue after school was over. I was afraid of being a failure.

k)Do you like to share your problems.

I keep my problems to myself. In the past I used to share with my family and my mom but they only made me feel worse and invalidated as they offered no emotional support. I am better at consoling myself.

l)Effect of consolation.

Sometimes I am able to think it out rationally. Other times my consolation are not as constructive and my ego gets in the way and I get this extreme black and white thinking and act on hurt and fear. I tried to improve my life on the outside so that way I can have a stronger"armour" and avoid pain. But that only caused more pain, now I try to act from more of a place of love and try to be more aligned with my inner being instead of listening to my mind all the time.

m)Do you ever become suicidal when? How.

When I was 11 and after my mom blamed me and yelled at me. I just couldn't live life like that anymore. She was toxic and she made life miserable for me. I tried to cut myself but the knife I had wasn't sharp enough and I didn't have enough motivation to get a sharper knife

No I like to internalize pain and try to be tougher and stronger on the outside. I think crying is a sign of weakness but it made me feel worse by keeping it in. I'm more open to expressing my feelings now provided that I cry in private. I feel neutral about it

p)Are you easily irritated. What makes you angry, how do you express it.

People that are dense irritates me and think they are smarter than you. Also, tt really makes me angry when the other person thinks they know what's best for you and try to speak on your behalf like like they think you don't know yourself like they do. For example, my friend blamed me and told me that I wasn't sick and I was just pretending to get out of my responsibly even though I was dying. I don’t express it, I carry those feelings around till I forget about it.

q)Are you destructive.

I can have toxic thoughts. Before when ever something upsetting happen, I kept it in and I vowed to myself that I will be a be better than that person. I realize I don't want this for myself. I want to live in harmony not competition. Trying to change as much as I can

r)How good are you in making decisions.

Pretty bad. Unless I'm a 100% committed it won't feel easy making one and so I usually put it off. Unless it's a decision about a minor thing like what to order for lunch then I don't care as much and can make one even if I'm not 100% sure

s)Do you like company or like to remain alone.

I like to be alone with myself and my thoughts. Though I do crave company. When I'm out with others I want to alone. When I'm alone I want to be with ppl at times. Mostly I’m content being with me.

t)How seriously are you affected by disorder and uncleanness in your surroundings.

It bothers me but I ignore it since I dont have the desire to clean until I just can't take it anymore, then I'm super motivated to clean.

u)How does failure appear to you?

Someone that looks like they don't have their life together (happy with dead end job, no motivation, poor appearance, bad style and choice in clothing, no ambitions to strive for something better)

v)Are there any matters that you deeply dislike?

People that don't take care of themselves and can walk out of the house looking like a mess. Dislike gossipy/nosey people. Dislike jealous ppl, disempowered, people who blame others for their own failure, ppl who dont take responsibility for their own actions, emotionally dense ppl, unmotivated individuals

w)What activities you deeply like? How does it affect your mood?

TV shows and dramas. I get really happy watching it at first but then during the end it just zaps my energy away. I like to read self help books to lift the mood. I really like aesthetically pleasing things like (beautiful places, scenery, beautiful ppl, beautiful houses and designs, fancy places)

x)Are you affectionate? How does others sorrow affect you?


No I am not. I want to be though. It only affects me if I let it. I feel strongly for rape victims and horrific killings and if others intentionally cause pain and suffering to others then yes. If I'm really emotionally invested then I can be or else I would just feel burdened that they put a damper on my mood and I just dont want do “face work” for that.

If I fail to accomplish the goals and dreams that I set out for myself. Failing to make something out of myself. Not being success by society's standards. Fear of having kids when I really don't want kids.

Want to get into grad school and am working towards that. Finding a quality partner that has everything I want and we having the same thing we want in life. Not having to work hard for money. Having a fun and easy life.

psorinum, sulphur or sepia should act on you;

take PSORINUM 30c liquid, 2 drops in a tablespoon water, 3 times a day for 2 days,

{if buying pills then 3 pills, 3 times 2 days, chew it, do not swallow with water}

do not eat or drink anything 30 minutes before and after medicine,

I took Psorinum and the itching stopped which was great. I still had some pimple like bumps but they come and go within 5 days. They don't bother me unless I scratch them, then they become inflamed and stay for longer.

Right now I still have 2 bumps on my right knee and I have some scars from those dead bumps

feeling calm= was anxious within 5 mins of taking the psorinum. I have generalized anxiety and novel situations trigger it but overall, I've been fine

good sleep= I had a job interview and was stressing about some problems so I wasn't able to sleep for one day. The desire to go to bed is not too high either. I like staying awake by choice bc I like the distraction. Once I still, I get good deep sleep

proper energy level= good

self control= good self control with food but not with trying to get myself to sleep. good self control with meditating more

confidence level- moderate or moderately to low. In certain other areas that I know I'm good at, it is high

freshness on waking up= really great on days when I get enough sleep

love and affection with others- good. I find myself to be more loving to others and myself. More understanding from where ohters are coming from

mental freedom or freshness= I'm finding new ways to look at situation and at the world everyday and I feel myself improving

scabies inflammation= only if I scratch it then it becomes inflamed. It doesnt itch but it does take a while to go away once it is inflamed (about 6-8 days). I still have 2 inflamed spots right now :(

itching- upon getting new bump which I still do, then they will generally itch for a bit. Nothing longer than a day. The itch is slightly noticeable but not that bad. The appearance of new bumps bother me more

general anxiety- generally low unless I have to put myself in a new situation then that would be high. For example I had a job interview and that was high

other changes- skin is smoother, calmer than before (but this could be from the meditation)

Since I still have 2 active inflamed bumps, do I still need to continue taking the psorinum?

feeling calm:

I feel calm normally and even if I get anxious, I will slowly get calmer

sleep: good. I've been sleeping well and on a schedule

proper energy level= good, I have energy

self control= I feel more in control of my life than before. I can now catch negative thoughts are the arise and try not to let that affect me

confidence level= getting better though I still have some self doubts and what others think about me. I try to remind myself that only what I think of me matters. But I do feel more confident than before

freshness on waking up= I can get up but I still feel tired when I first wake up. I usually snooze the alarm a few times and wished I could continue sleeping

Love and affection with other= much better. I have more love for myself and more compassion for others. I feel wonderful in this area

mental freedom or freshness= more mental clarity and less racing thoughts (though I still occasional think too much but it's much better than before). I think I owe this to meditating more.

scabies inflammation= I occasionally still get very tiny new bumps. I did get a "line bump" that was kind of long but that went away in 2 days.

I'm still concern about the stubborn 2 bumps on my right knee. They are not red and they are kind of dormant but they just don't go away and heal like I mean they are not completely flat. And when I do scratched them, it does itch and get red/flimflammed. And after I scratched it I accidentally spread it to areas near my knee, but those new bumps are in the process of healing. I do hope the stubborn ones go away completely soon.

itching= I don't notice it too much unless I concentrate on it and start scratching but the itch isn't too bad and it is much much better than before. I'm quite happy about how things are going but I do hope that as more time passes that I will heal

general anxiety= I do have generalized anxiety but I find that I have more control over it now. It's been better and also my life routine has been more stable than before so maybe that's why.

other changes= My scabbies scar are still very apparent. They are big and brown and are taking forever to go away.

Also my head itches from time to time. It gets better after I wash my hair. I hope it's not the scabies on my head because shouldn't those die too?

Antivirus do you know how long till I can expect to be healed fully?

scabies is difficult skin problem it can take around 4-5 months more but it can be healed early also,

do not repeat the remedy currently, report improvement after 30 days.

Hello antivirus!

feeling calm= I am calm most days

good sleep= not really. I'm always groggy upon waking. Snooze at least 5 times. Even if I sleep for 7 or even 10 hours. It seems that the more I sleep the more tired I get. I seem to do well with with 5 or 6 hours of sleep. The less sleep I get the less groggy I get. I feel the best at 4 hours of sleep but I would have to take a nap

proper energy level= only tired upon waking. Can still stay up pretty late. I have energy during the day and evenings. Most tired around 12am.

self control= fairly good. Only got mad once. Don't even remember the last time I got mad before that

confidence level= 7.5 out of 10.

freshness on waking up= Bad, real tired. Have to force myself to get up.

love and affection with others= pretty good

mental freedom or freshness= Mind gets clouded and would race after coming back from work or if I had a busy day but then I would meditate after and things would be peaceful again

scabies inflammation= I have 2 big bumps. One on neck and one on chest. They do itch (not severely).I do scratch them and since I touch my body with my hands, I did spread it to other places and formed some tiny bumps on the body. Have some tiny bumps on both shoulders, one ear, behind the neck, waist, stomach, and chest.

itching= 2 out of 10

general anxiety= not that much. Only if I really dread doing something. Not often

any other change you felt= I still have these tiny bumps come up everyday or every other day. They do go away within a few days but it's just annoying :( If I scratch it them I get more of it. I'm still really glad that it's no longer the itch that bothers me because that was unbearable. The worst is over. I had this since January and it's been 10 months.
How is my recovery? How many more months will it take for the tiny bumps to stop forming?

Hi Antivirus!

I get patches and clusters of bumps but since they are tiny they don't leave as big of a scar as before. Within the 15 days I had some tiny bumps on both arms, left boob, and neck, private area. I don't think I have any bumps today. We'll see.. they come for a few days and reappear in a few days. That's my update for now :)

Hello,

Reporting back:
One or few bumps here and there but not patches or clumps like before. Haven't noticed any new bumps so far. It was hard for me to get up upon waking after I first took the Psorinum pills but now it's more normal now. Oh and I still have some residual patches of bumps. They are not active but they feel like goosebumps or chicken skin on my chest. Do you know when they will go away? Thank you so much!

it can take several more months for full cure, do not repeat the dose, report improvement after 20 days.

Hi Antivirus,

It has not been 20 days. But I still want to update you. I've been feeling kind of itchy through out the day in the head and scratching it. There's been a bumps on my neck, arms, waistline, and chest. Yesterday night I felt kind of an intense itch on my chest and a burning sensation for about 45mins when I was trying to sleep. I haven't experienced this burning symptom and kind of intense itch since the beginning when I first got this (since last January) even though it is as bad now as compared to when I first got it. And this morning I got one moderately bigger bump on my arm. Been feeling crawling sensations by these things walking on my skin. More psorinum? Is it going to get worse before it gets better?

usually in homeopathy when a remedy is working sometimes symptoms get worse in between, do not worry.

Hello Antivirus!

Reporting back. Still feel really tired upon waking. Even 8 hours is not enough. As for the scabies. Much better don't itch often. Still get small patches that itches when I scratch them but new patches go away fast. Some of the more resilient patches like the ones on my chest for instance are still there kind of dormant and they flare up once in a while but don't go away. Still big improvements!

Reporting back. Hello!

Still very tired upon waking. Very minor few bump every now and then (not as often). It would go away on its own. Much better so that's good!
