thyroid and weight gain
Hello,I am a 22 year old male, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism last year, I started on Thyrox 50 and I am currently on Thyrox 75. I was unable to lose weight despite a healthy diet and walking. Apart from this I am also suffering from hair loss and constipation. Please suggest some effective medicine, which can help me with my problem.
Thanks in advance

BTW I forgot to mention about medical history that I was diagnosed with SRUS 3 years ago, was treated and it is generally okay.

Hair follicles grow in repeated cycles. One cycle can be broken down into three phases.
Anagen - Growth Phase
Catagen - Transitional phase
Telogen - Resting Phase
Each hair passes through the phases independent of the neighboring hairs.
