Severe ulcer wounds in Tongue of 1.5 yrs child

I have a child of 1 year 6 month. He has some ulcer like wound develop in tongue for last 2 months.
First time it lasts 1 week and cured. Now again the ulcer develop in tongue from 7 days, he is not able to take food due to soaring in tongue.

The ulcer is red in colour and spreading mid of tongue. Sir please help me to solve me the problem.

give FLUORICUM ACIDUM 30c liquid, 2 drops in a tablespoon water, 3 times a day for 2 days,

{if buying pills then 3 pills, 3 times 2 days, dissolved in a tablespoon water}

do not eat or drink anything 30 minutes before and after medicine,

REPORT IMPROVEMENT AFTER 10 DAYS
