Acute heel spur pain

Hi,
Recently I have been diagnosed with severe heel spur by a podiatrist.
Although I am on medications but with no relief. I am regularly doing calf stretch exercises, hot water therapy, orthotics, taping method etc.
Please suggest some medications and exercises.
Any pointer will be much appreciated.

PL take
1. Berberis Velgeris-Q 5 drops twice a a day in 2 teaspoon water
2. Calc Carb-200 6 pills twice a day
3. Rhus Tox-1m 6 pills at bed time
Pl take this treatment for 10 days and then give feedback

Hi,
Thanks for being so prompt and answering queries. My ma always takes homeopathic medicines and she strongly believes in it, it will be a first time that I will join her leaugue so just wanted to know are there any side effects of above prescribed medicines and can it be purchased directly from a pharmacy store without consulting in personal??
I have heard that homeopathic medicines do not have any side effects.

I don't think rhus tox 1m should be use for 10 days continuously..

in this case I treated many by only rhus tox 30c potencie

homeohelper,

you prescribed her rhus tox 1m only for one day or continue 10 days?

You can make Rhus Tox-1m alternate day

HI Riya,

please get hold the biocombinatiion tablets from SBL

BC 19(biocombinatiion 19)

and Rhus tox 30c

please take 4 tablets BC 19

3 times daily

take 4 tablets directly on tounge.. don't eat or drink any think 30 minutes before and after the remedy

and rhus tox 30c

take one dose in morning
one dose in evening

2 dose everyday...

if the remedy in liquid form then take 2 drops from remedy directly on tounge

or if remedy in globules form then take 6 globules directly on tounge

don't eat ice cream and cold drinks
