its pyschological problem , don't worry ..just a few efforts and you will be fine.
i was a very shy and unconfident guy ...now i have changed it, i'm given some stage performances in my college, got gfs, a big frnd circle.

I am very much confident now. Shall I stopped taking Baryta carb. I want to at the same confidence level at I am today
If I stopped taking baryta carb will my confidence go down.
How to sustain that confidence for lifetime Plz write immediately.
