2 month old child is suffering from Cold

Hello, my baby is 2 months old and he is suffering from cold, situation is worst in morning between 3 to 10 am, today after mothers feed he did vomit the entire feed. Don't want to give him allopathic medicine. I am afraid that he might get pneumonia.

Please help
