Sinusities with Polyps

My name is Rohit and i am 26 year old and i am suffering from sinusities from 2011 and seems like this is hereditary (mother's end).

1. Yellow fluid discharge from nostril
2.not able to smell
3.Polys in both the nostril
4. easily got impacted with change in temperature.
5. strange beep sound in ear.
10. Since how long you are suffering for each complain : since 2011
11. Diabetic or non Diabetic : Non- diabetic
12. Desire sweets/sour/salt : Sweet and Salty
13. Thirst : Normal (1-2 L/Day)
14. Tongue : little bit white
15. Current BP (without medicine and with medicine)
16. What exactly is happening ? not able to breath from nose(generally breath from nose)
17. How do you feel ? Feel like hell and is dependent on allopaethic medicine
18. How does this affect you ? need to keep handkerchief all the time as there is acontinous discharge of yellow fluid from both the nose .
19. How does it feel like ? pathetic - not able to speak properly and my sound is changed.
20. What comes to your mind ? Just to get rid of this, so that i can smell properly.

22. How did that feel like ? feel bad and need to avoid meeting sessions.
23. What sensation do you experience in that situation ? blockage and fluid discharge

25. current medicine you are taking : Anti allergic and nasal spray(Dunase)

Mind behavour - normal,got angry sometimes but didnt burst on other, sometime impatient, can speak in public on average basis, love my family
Due to anxiety sometime i hurt my self (i use to chew my nails)

I have tried all the medicines : Allopathic, Homeopathic,Ayurvedic butdidnt get much relief.

Allopathic :relief is till the time i am taking medicines.(Currently taking)
Homeopathic : tried multiple but no benefit
Ayurvedic : No benefit.
