Penis problem

Hi I am nir 28 years old, my penis was earlier 5.5" but now it just 4". And very thin, masturbate a lots now it is just within one to two sperms out I am really want to have sex with my girlfriend but this condition I can't even think of this

Please give me some medicine and exercise which help to get rid of this problem
