Gestational Diabetes
I have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Currently I am pregnant(28weeks) and have no family history of any kind of diabetes. What kind of diet, exercise
should I maintain in order to
help overcome this.
I have also been told that women who have gestational diabetes tend to develop diabetes later on in life.
What can I do to avoid this.
Any help is appreciated.
