Transverse mylities and Urinary incontinence

My wife aged 60 years, on 15-11.2015 suddenly developed pain in both legs, unable to move shifted to Yoshoda Hospital. given Inj. Solumedrol 5 times.

Got discharged. After 16 months medication she is walking slowly in home. Unable to walk properly. Further she has urin incontinence. Will any Homeo doctor suggest medicines for her. Please help.

She was admitted in Yasodha with severe low backache with pain radiating to both lower limbs as a sudden onset.
MRI Dorsal spine was s/o D-12-L-1 cord edema and Transverse Myelitis. MRI lumbar spine of Cervical spine revealed Diffuse disc bulge of mild degree, disc dessication at L3-L4, L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels. Mild posterior disc bulge C5-C6. She is diabetic, in control. Takes Glimepride M1 in morn and Janumet in night. Though she can walk slowly but urine incontinence is persisting since 16 months. Pl help me.

Please start taking Nat Phos 6x, Calc Flour 6x, Nat Sulph 6x 1 tab each 5 times.
