Phytolacca berry has shown excellent results with daily walking of 3-5 kms.
It is a harmless remedy, doesn't have any side effects.
3-4 kg/month is the result that you can expect.
Please do not search for remedies to go slim in few weeks. They are nothing but a scam.

Regards,
Mitesh

Weight loss is a troublesome task and as you have described yourself it seems that you are overweight. Being overweight leads to many diseases. So you should start exercising regularly and eat healthy food, drink plenty of water, take enough sleep.
