Chronic scalp folliculitis + nose staph with boils

Hello dear friends, I hope the universe will send me some help trough you. I am 24 yo man with 2 skin issues for the last year that make my life miserable altough i am a very positive guy. The first one is a diagnosed scalp folliculitis, with pimples located on the back of the head very itchy, developing in furuncles ameliorated only by antibiotics seen 3 derms bht no cure. The second started during an antibiotic oral treatment...my nose started to itch and gradually it became irritated and very painful around nostrils with pus boils developing (sample taken positive for staph aureus, still on Bactroban and no improvements for the last 8 days. This affects my sleep and my psychical state. I have a very good hygene but this is not enough. Trying to improve immunity but until now i had no success. I also have chronic constipation and very oily skin and frontal incipient hairfall( just as an fiy). I thank you in advance and if you have a solution i can give it a try.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Merc Sol 30 in morning and Sulphur 30 in evening for 7 days and report back.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
