eczema on legs and parts of face on my 6 month

I'm feeling quite desperate with all the remedies being given to me for my 6 month old son who has a serious condition of eczema on his legs and developing on parts of his face, he also has a very bad chest problem his sleep is broken by the coughing at night, do you have any helpful hints on this?

please try applying extra virgin coco oil daily even where the skin is broken. Bathing in sea water or tap water into which rock salt has been dissolved in between applications is also very soothing.
