harmesh chand 52/m , bleeding stroke 5/10/16

hello everyone, I'm harmesh chand 52/m from punjab.

i was a BP patient and i made mistake by not taking my pills for few days as a result on 05/10/16 around 10 pm at night, i felt dizziness and after some time my son take me to a doctor and that time my BP was high as 240 and i didint know that i had brain attack.

after CT doctor find out that i had bleeding attack. later they start their medication and after few hours they discharge me from hospital.

I don't had any other previous medical history than high BP. here I'm posting my medicines and ct scan pictures.

I really want to get rid of paralysis which occurred on my right side due to stroke, including my right arm, leg and I can't speak properly.

please help me

#1week arnica 1M night and morning 2 dose.
#2week nux vomica 30 3 day morning
#3week phos 200 morning single dose

Arnica 1M and Opium 1M give together in case of strock.

thanks dr. manoj vedi, but here is the problem as my family wants me to take them to a auyurved clinic and as per the information i collected about that clinic, 99% recommends and had positive sayings.

I'm kind stuck in two thoughts here, what should i do?

auyurved better option in case of BP ,SUGER

Also buy Arnica 1M and Opium 1M give together in case of emergency and damage control due to strock.
