Ankylosing spondylitis

I am K. Soni, 42 year male suffering from Ankylosing Spondylitis since last 7 to 8 years. previously in the beginning, i had upper and lower back and neck pain due to stress, cold, exertion and kind of food. I think i have lots of fusing between vertebrae in my spine also. now I am having restricted neck movement (very low range of motion), pain in my shoulder and neck (mainly after eating wheat roti). My left knee has also severe swelling due to liquid accumulation, affecting strength of my knee and causing some pain. My both shoulders are frozen. I am taking some ayurvedic medicine for pain control. but it's not working that much if I eat wheat. I am on restricted diet also, don't eat any item with fermentation, lemon or any acidic fruit, hard beans like rajma, val, tuvar, chana, ice cream,or any cold drinks. I eat lots of vegetables, fruits, some roti, more rice, moong and moong dal. simple diet definitely benefits to control my pain and stiffness in neck and shoulder.
I am doing kapalbhati and anulom vilom pranayam for 20 minutes daily. also doing stretching in morning and some before dinner. Yoga and stretching definitely helps.
My pain and stiffness is under control with empty stomuch.
