Dr kulkarni need help......feeling hopeless

Hello,

This Ansarishoaib....Male....24yrs old.....with uneven brown complexion.

I was suffering from trigeminal neuralgia and say about 90% got cured and only 10% remain.

But after recovering from trigeminal neuralgia it develop some mental problems.


I am feeling some kind of a cramp in my head specially on centre of head....

I think about religion and GOD 24x7. Whatever I see around I relate it with religion..

Also some kind of a image flashes in my mind whenever someone talk about GOD. I stopped watching movies and TV in a fear that I will relate all these event with GOD and religion. It feels like I am committing a very major Sin.

On waking up I feel guilty of myself for thoghts.

I also feel fear when someone talk about religion and also when I think about religion.

Memory is weak..speech problem cant pick up right words while speaking. Also when writing something I have to think twice for selecting right word.


My concentration is almost 0%. Cant think straight.

There is a lack of intrest in every task. Feelimg too much lazy.

Feel heaviness on eyelids. Feels like my eyes are half open. Specially on waking up.

Right side eye vision is Dim and little bit blurry.

I feel sleepy whole day. During night i.e after 8.00 PM I feel like dryness in my eyes and feel foreign body sensation on the corner of eye. Also feel too much sleepy by 11.00PM which force me to go to sleep and during this period cant even read propely bcoz of sleepiness.

Also experiencing breath trouble when exercise and and when lifting some heavy weight. This may be bcoz of nasal congestion.

My right side nose is blocked. Feeling weakness on right side of hand and leg which feels like it will get paralyzed soon.

I eat less.feel heaviness in stomach.Feels like moucus stuck in throat which is causing nausea feeling. Also have constipation.
