Female infertility due to low egg count for IVF

Sir, I am 37 yrs old. I have no issue. As we decided to go for IVF after diagnosis, it is found my egg count very low as of now 5. My weight 72, Height 5ft. BMI 31, PRL-37.42,AMH-1.27, TSH-2.26 (regular take medicine), SUGAR-83. PL advise I want to get homeo treatment for improving egg count & egg quality. I have also found low size cyst.
Pl.advice.
