wat is the medicine for vomiting fever and stomach pain for 9 yrs old boy

he is allergic . and right now he is taking the follo med for tonsils
bartya carb ,baccilinum and silicia for throat

today morning he was having fever with vomiting and stomach pain
is it because of heat outside

Even cold is also not there . May be exersion ya heat exposure as i think.

Fever is mild around 99 100. But not eating anything just sleeping

No vomiting now
Pain is also not there
In the morning only it was there

Give 1 drop in 1/4 glass water ..

You should stop all other medicine..take nux vom alone..and report changes here
