My 7 week old baby seems to have silent reflux. She would scream when put down on her back, sounded congested, feeding constantly, sounds wheezy, uncomfortable when spits up, she does sleep well at night, but she doesn't nap well. From reading previous posts I started her on a probiotic and quit eating dairy on March 17. Then the following Tuesday I started the Nat Phos 6x. Half before a feeding the other half after. She seemed much better and after a week I weaned her off of them. But she still seems uncomfortable when spitting up, so wanting to eat every hour, and she still sounds congested and wheezy. I wanted to try the Nux Vomica (I could only find the pellets), but my husband found an article stating how it can be dangerous. I was wondering if you could give me some guidance on how to treat the silent reflux, and to explain if the Nux Vomica is safe for our baby.Thank you, Jill

That is too many doses, without even knowing the age of the child.
You are best off making a new thread. Ask for dr thoufeeque or homeodr in your headline.they are real homeopaths with a real practice.

What is Calc carb supposed to help with? She's almost 2 months old.

Yes..its too many doses of calcarea carb...its according fo me dangerous or somewhat cruel to a 7week baby..as infants have already aquired higher immunity than us...they can respond well to single dose.. even to biochemic remedies..i usualy donot use any potency in babies below 1-2years...i will always try to manage with biochemic medicines..sometimes for severe troubles..potency may be needed..

Give ferrum phos 6x powder or 4 tablets dissolved in luke warm water..give a dose and watch changes. And report here

4 tablets seems to be the adult dose. It's that too much for my baby? If seems that this will only help the congestion, correct?

Yes .its meant fir congestion and inflammation..
If wheezing is more..give magnesium phos 6x 4tabs dissolvee in lukke warm water..during wheezing or difficulty in breathing.
Regarding dose...it seems adult dose.2tablets are enough when we repeat daily 2 or 3times.
But here we do not repeat again..only once 4tablets..then wait.hence it will not cause any trouble.. usualy one powder dose is given.
4tablets are essential when we convert from powder dose to tablets..
