extreme gas in stomach and gastro track

hi i was having gerd, heartburn and lot of burping so visited homeopathy dr,,,and dr gave me medicines and asked me to take yakult...but now burping has reduced a bit but the gas is being trapped in stomach and i am havng hard time with it causing pain dizziness and uneasiness....the extreme gas in body make me feel very tired...i am confused if i am getting cured or worse??please advise...and thanks in advance.
