Ulnar nerve entrapement causing daily numbness in pinky and ring fingers

Been having ulnar nerve subluxation in both arms (probably due to weight training) for the past 2 years. I get no pain/numbness in my elbows/nerves during training or daily activites.

However when I lie down and use my phone, after a few minutes my pinky/ring start to tingle/numb. This is especially the case when sleeping. I usually get woken up towards the end of my sleep with both hands getting numb or tingly.

My doctor says I need surgery to relocate the ulnar nerve. I disagree since this is not a major issues causing pain. I only need a way to get rid of the numbness in my hands at night (due to bending of elbows ). Please kindly advice what homeopathic remedies I need to ameliorate the numbness (been happening for 2 years but a little less frequent this year). Thanks!
