Herniated disc in spine and shoulder problem

Hello,

I am a 30 year old male, weightlifter and have had a herniated disc L4/L5 that has caused sciatica pain. I also have a partially torn labrum in my right shoulder. Can someone suggest homeopathic remedies please?
