Nerve pain in fingers and toes
Hi i'm posting for father. He's in his late 60's, healthy, no medical issues. He's recently been having pain in his fingers and toes, he says that they start burning and become very painful. An internal medicine doctor said that it was his nerves, didn't explain anything nor did he conduct any tests or refer him to a neurologist. Instead he's been prescribed 2 different medicines to take - Vasoserc-Bid (actibe ingredient betahistine hydrochloride) and Neurontin (active ingredient gabapentin). He does not want to take either medication and is looking for alternative treatments. Any help would be appreciated.amalina on 2017-05-09
