Sciatica vain effected by injection

I would like to ask you that my father age 75 ,Sciatica vain has effected by injection. unfortunately needle touch the sciatica vain 3 month before. at start leg completely sleep. and after some day its slowly awake but suffered strong pain.Now the situation is pain in whole leg some time and he could not stand properly with out sport. its our desire that he will recover properly So
kindly let me advise the best homeopathic mediane.
