Severe Vitamin D Deficiency. Need help.

I am 18 year old male. My height is 5'3" and my weight is 62 kgs. I have done a blood test recently because I was feeling really weak. My legs were feeling weak and I was also having muscle spasms recently. So my blood test reports came just now and I figured out that my vitamin d levels are severely low. I have attached a photo of my report. I will greatly appreciate if someone could help me regarding this problem.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
There is no specific remedy for vitamin d deficiency. The remedy will depend on totality of symptoms.
