Food allergies and leaky gut

Hello,

Anybody, please, help me.

I have strange health condition. I get worse after fruits, sweet or starchy vegetables, cereal, leguminous vegetables and dairy. After eating these foods I feel very tired and weak. My concentration becomes poor, I get depressed. I hear roaring in my ears. My bowel becomes big and painful. This condition continues about 24 - 36 hours.
I have got red dry flaky areas on my chest and genitals. Sometimes my palms get red and peeling.
I am quite fine after eating meat, beets, black chocolate and green-leaf vegetables. I get energy, my concentration is good and I have quit good mood and digestion.
My sleep is very short and not refreshing after these foods - fruits, sweet or starchy vegetables, cereal, leguminous vegetables and dairy because it`s difficult to breathe in.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
This situation is food allergy. You are developing an immune disorder.Gradually, the list of food items which can cause allergy will be increased with the passage of time.If proper investigation and treatment is not being done at this stage, the situation can be worse like ulcers etc.

As I earlier mentioned, with the treatment and monitoring. Such diseases come on surface after a long incubation period.Precautionary measures in food and over all life style are inevitable to avoid further increase in ANTIBODIES. So forum treatment is not a good choice for medication However, you can take opinion for preventive measures.

Hey, I had something similar about 2 years ago. Don't be discouraged by any kind of "food allergy" or "immune disorder" diagnosis. It's not a life sentence. Your body is reacting this way to these foods most likely because your digestive system is out of whack, and you do not have the right bacterial flora or enzymes to digest the food, hence your body has an immune response. I used 4 products, two of which are high quality probiotics/enzymes from New Zealand. 1. Syntol AMD, 2. Devigest ADS (dosage according to packets). After a couple of months, to get rid of strange, teeny tiny pimples all over my face and upper body, I used (ordinary) 3. Echinacea 264 mg + Ginseng 50 mg by Naturline and Garlic capsules by Naturline, 1 + 1 of each with every meal. The pimples disappeared quickly within the first 2-3 days. These are my experiences, and may not work for everyone, but they're certainly worth a try. I had to find these products myself because all I got from doctors were pathetic diagnoses for life, e.g. "it's genetic", etc. with no ideas or approaches to possible healing methods whatsoever. It's in their interest to keep you sick, remember that ;)

Thank you.
I have found out that anti-inflamatory phytotheraphy and homeopathy works for me best, too. So I supose that some viruses, bacteries or other parasytes cause this disorder. Later I've got leaky gut and this period was the most difficult.
I eat a lot of green leaf vegetables to rid of body acidity.
My condition comes better and better year by year.
Echinacea, ginger and garlic are georgeous remedies for us.
I have found out that beets are very useful and helpful.
Antioxidants (vit A, C, E, Zinc, Iron), beta glucans, msm helped me a lot, too.
Homeopathic Belladonna is my main remedy.

Please, share your experiece.

First of all, it is quite surprising that after I posted my reply the title of your post is changed from'WHAT IS THIS' to 'FOOD ALLERGIES and LEAKY GUT'. It is good to know that you are already
taking a Homeopathic medicine and not only taking but you are also aware that it is your main remedy.

Other than that, all I can say is that there is a considerable difference between examining a problem from its surface and analyzing it from its depth from a doctor's eye.

Thus, it would be quite professional and mature not to blanket every existing doctor with your irrational assumptions.

Thanks

Dr. TAHIRA,
thanks for your replies.
I wrote here in the forum because I want to get advices and discuss in the forum.
I understand I can go to doctor and get monitoring.
However, it's very expensive.
I had no money when my disease got to a highest level. SO I started curing myself and I do it succesfuly. As I have succesfuly managed my disease for 6 years I know quite much about it. And from this forum - too.
I'm thankful to all doctors who gave me advices here for free.
I'm monitoring myself succesfully. When my blood lymphocytes level decreases from 70% to 40% I know I go to the right direction.

Natrium Muriaticum is great remedy for me, too. It helps after starchy food (ris, pumpkin & sunflower seeds).

Could anybody advise something else?
