Susptected SLE - currently RA & thyroiditis

My daughter has arthritis and thyroiditis. Her blood investigations revealed ANA,RNP and thyroid antibodies positivity. As she has developed increased fatigability, arthritis involving large and samll joints. She was diagnosed to have lupus. details are as follows:

Normally soft person, low in confidence level but courageous, highly disciplined, strongly believes is moral and legal values, loving & affectionate, very much close to mother, easily becoming sad, but will not show outside, hardworking, sharing and caring with others

30. Aggravation (increases-time, season,)& Amelioration (Decreases)

Stiffness & pain of joints aggrevates in the night and morning. Better by washing with water, especially hot water

31. No visible swelling or symptoms after starting aceclofenac

All others liks SSA, SSB, SM , Anticardiolipin, Coombs, Lupus Anticoagulant, Urine P/C, C3, C4, SGPT, Creatiinine, T3, T4 etc are normal.

Please suggest homoepathic treatment for her and which medicine to start with.
