ulnar nerve compression

hi there, i have had a nerve conduction test and it revealed the ulnar nerve is compressed in the left elbow. they suggested surgery. i do not want to do surgery if i can avoid it.
my left hand as a result of the compression is atrophying and there is significant muscle loss between the thumb and index finger and the fingers just dont work as well as they used to.

can u suggest a homeopathic cure for my condition? i am open to anything. thanks much,

1.Take arnica 200 3pills or one drop in half glass water only once.not daily.

2.take kali phos 6x 3 tablets thrice daily
3.hypericum Q 8drops in half glass water thrice daily
