Keen pain due to over running
Hi I have a lot of pain in knee in due to over running i used to do.My age is 35 year old.
I started taking ruta 30 3 times in a day since yesterday. I would take this for one week.
Any idea if i take calc carb 30 for same in parallel of Ruta or should i take after one week when i stopped taking Ruta 30.
Suggest.
