Ginger increases circulation. So it seems to me that if you already have sciatica pain and the circulation is increased?
Then pain will be felt more and spread out.

Similar to "worse after movement"?
Vs. using rhus tox which is for better after moving.

If your sciatica is being treated and healing?
I think ginger would not be bothering you.
2 to 4 cups a day is maximum to be used.

Zingiber officinale is the homeopathic ginger -
If you google materia medica on this,
Under extremities.. you will see it lists cramps in hands and soles.

Cramps in hands and soles are what healthy people experienced when they took this remedy to see what the remedy does.
Seems like the tea is acting similar to
What the "provers" had.

I still think that if no sciatica then this would not affect you in this way.
