Irritation in urinary tract
Suffering from this issue since abt 2 weeks.am a 52 yr male.ultrasound for prostate and kidney stones normal.urine culture and RE/ME normal.no diabetes.pl advice medicene..irritation generally after urine passage..andy_65_in on 2017-10-07

Drink more water ,never retain urine for long time,avoid spicy fried food .avoid alcohol .Pl have coconut water at least once a day or fresh orange juice during lunch.

You can have cranberry juice anytime- it is good for you and it helps to keep bacteria moving out of urinary tract.

Random blood sugar,PSA blood test,creatinine all normal.yet pain in the shaft of the penis after first urination..stays the whole day..so far sleep not interrupted.awaiting 2 more tests viz semen culture and uroflowmetry results.urologist prescribed LEVOLDAY,AFDURA AND SYNOFLAM..saw their sideeffects..they r dangerous so not taking them.confused whether to start homeo.what can this be..please help

Had an episode of grade 1 prostamogoly abt 5 years back..it was cured by some herbal medicene.but this pain in the penis isnt going off...pl help
