Acid Reflux in 6 week old - Nat Phos not worked

Please can someone suggest an alternative to Nat phos it worked great for my first baby but it makes my second baby projectile vomit - she has silent reflux

give argentum nitricum 200c 3pills only once in morning. and nux vomica 200c 3pills at night.
