As an alternative opinion you can consider giving her Staphy. 6c one pill/drop as a dose for upto six doses.

I'm sure you are sure about this remedy that it will work. Although you select really unique potency sometimes.

In general, post abdominal operations staphy has been a great choice---there is also a tip from classical literature i don't remember the source now. On this forum itself i used to recommend 30c but being an emotional remedy some patients usually said they got emotionally overwhelmed. Since then 6c has been my first choice. 6c is not unique it's one of the optimal potency and is also good fit for purely physical complaint like injury where a full case is not necessary and most patients will go through this layer more or less the same way. Post operations Hypericum and Staphysagria are good especially when nerves are involved.

However until we don't see the result, it's just that, our assumptions and rationale behind the choice how sure we may be.

Thank you. Maheeru & John please have a look at the case please .. check out the link. Mel (the patient) was under my treatment I selected tuberculinum 1M .. one does only for the patient. But she is afraid of the high potency. But in past she already tried LM potency (some other remedy) suggested by some other homeopath.

Hmm .. you mean she's using allopathic medicines side by side, along with homeopathy ? That's why not curing ?

Please also give your opinion on tuberculinum .. I'll say her to stop all allopathic medicines and Take homeopathy (tuberculinum) if you say ..

yeah all omeds she using are interfering ..working in same sphere of action as homoeopath med and blocks cyure..organon is strict telling no other meds during treatment...as for tuberculinum..I say no ..if her vitality is strong enough for weaning off allo meds ..to show symptoms after long suppression then ..you wil see cleart indication of homoeopathic med..and giving such as wel as long use homoeopathic meds only complicates the case further...go slow..help her off the meds ..willneed correspond between her allo med doc and homoeopathic prescriber so as she is monitored while getting off meds...so no tub ..

Please do not underestimate her MS which is a very pathalogical and can be a drain on any human system. The weakness, fatigue, depression all can be brought on by this. It's not an easily treatable condition. 2015 causation of her sister's loss seems to have triggered her current phase. Taking this into account will be helpful.

LM is not the highest potency in fact roughly converted based on presence of original substance,from LM1 to LM30 will just equal to 5.5c to 70c. But the catch is in the number of succussions the dilutions undergo which make them penetrative and deeper and they have a lot of consecutive steps to ascend.

Tuber. does not fit atleast not at this point. But do not let other suggestions confuse you because homeopaths can differ with opinions and approaches and roadmaps. If you have a sound rationale and a good fundamental approach please stick to it.

healer21 you need explain your unwillingness/inability to further continue in mel';s case, this is proper prescriber/case management procedure....she need be clear your position...and from there she will decide her course...reasonings..as mentioned..use of allo meds long term..and life style for so long..requires great envolvemnet..diet/nutrition suited to her case; fresh air/walks as she can tolerate...etc...as well as weaning from allo meds..which requires monitoring of allo med prescribing doc..working in corealtion with homeopathic prescriber...constant monitoring by both...this is right way of seeking help.....not an easy position fo ryou healer21 ,yet you did start the case..no problem if unable to find med..just be strong and explain this truth to patient...
