itchy side stomach and shins

I've been taking sulphur 1M for two days now. I was directed by my homeopathic doctor to take only 2 doses of it for 2 days for my itchy stomach (mostly the sides) and my shins. I have not seen any improvement -
but am I being inpatient? Should I wait longer than 2 days to before trying a different remedy? I was thinking of now trying Psnorium 200C. I am female, 40 years old. This itch has been going on for about 5 weeks now and I see no changes in it. Have tried Rhus Tox as well. I would appreciate any advice this forum can provide. Thank you very much!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You need to wait for at least 2 weeks - 1m can have effects for at least a month. Keep notes of reactions. Often , the right remedy can make the problem worse for some days, then better. And if you take another remedy now no one will know what is going on and confuse the case.

Wait, watch and you can report it n 2 weeks if
You are not progressing.

Thank you for your response. I will try my best to wait a few more weeks. I just wish there was something I could do for the intense itch right now.

You can apply cool, wet cloths to skin for 10 minutes or so. You can take colloidal oatmeal baths. What you want to avoid is
Any creams , meds that will suppress the remedy action.

Cold compress actually makes it worse. Feels like pins and needles. But hot water makes it feel like my skin is burning - even though it's not really that hot. I will try the oatmeal. Thank you.
