Pinched nerve

My friend has what he feels is a pinched nerve between his shoulder blades. It's on his right side and the pain radiates down his right arm. Feels better when he lies down flat on his back. What remedy can we try?

Try Bell 6c, every 15 mins in acute condition.

Yes, you can try with 30c first. Repeat up to 5 times a day. If you don't see any improvement, then try 6 c.
