Beard Hairs whitening

after 3 days of Lycopodium 200, i am using now Kali Phos.

I want to ask that can i use Lycopodium 200 again. it gave me much advantage in hunger. My food habit improved.


Secondly I am suggested the Selenium Pills 30 X for deficiency of male sperms. Can i use it continuously ? while i am taking Kali Phos.

Please advice

1. Overall physique is weak. Have less stamina and get tired after some work with pain in back muscles, shoulders and wrists. Laziness and in-active in morning after wake up.
2. Constipation. I like Junk, fast food, and oily things.
3. Eye circles and weak eye sight
4. Hair fall. Beard hairs are whitening.
5. Weak bladder as urine drops fall when standing up or with or 3 drops) after urination but it settles down after 30 – 40 minutes. much disturb with this.
6. I have gnar/gland on my right hand back. It appears when I turn down hand. No pain but pain while exercise (dips) or lift a weight.

7. Penis erection is low but quickly stimulates (over-sensitive). Excessive nightfall on alternate days, sometimes twice a night. Semen is less thick as can’t feel orgasm during nightfall. Had masturbation habit (over rubbed penis on bed) but currently refrained. There is strange connection between thoughts and penis erection while masturbation; that without full erection, semen discharges just with a thought process. On these basis, I am much worry that after marriage may be I would have per-mature discharge while just foreplay or at insertion. Maximum time of my discharge is 5 – 10 seconds. Much Worry about marriage.
8. Lack of confidence, public speaking phobia like in interviews, presentations, talking to ladies or while talking to some authority person. I can’t fight for my own rights. Much often I am on truth but cannot express freely. Some unknown fear bounds me. Slow responder in general discussions. Quick response is zero. Suitable answers come in mind after scenario is vanished. Memory and focus to work is weak as compared to past. I think it is due to and anxiety. I have used one year allopathic medicine course of anti-depressant last year. during medicine i was OK but after stopping medicine, same case. I am just disappointed in my life. I want to do PhD in physics in this year.

I have pain in my right shoulder and its movement was restricted up-to angle of 60 degree since 5 weeks.
It is exactly in at the edge of shoulder.

Allopathic doctors diagnosed shoulder impingement (rotators cuff syndrome. Also doing ultrasonic physiotherapy for 1 week. Much better.
Last week i had MRI scan. report is attached.

I had used Nux Vomica 200, Rhus Tox 200, Causticum 200 before MRI.

Recently used Lycopodium 200 for 3 days. Now using Gelsemium 30, Staphysagria 30, Kali Phos 30 twice a day.

in my draw i already have damiaplant, ashwaganda Q, acid phos 6c and avina sativa Q. i wish that i should not use a new medicine. i can't afford much.
