Help for Ringworm of the scalp

Hi, I posted recently but I need more answers. I recently used 2 dispensers of Sulphur 30 c which helped me with my tinea capitis aka ringworm of the scalp caused by microsporum canis. I was taking 3 pellets 3 times a day. For the first time after a year and a half I spent some days without the terrible itch. I was so thankful. My friend though, who is a homeopath warns me that I already took too much of the medicine and that I should take 2-3 pellets every 3-4 days. As traditional medicine doesn't help in my case, I am now unprotected and suffering again. Now I would kindly ask for your suggestions in the sense of is there anything else that could help me or is it maybe not true that I need to stop using Sulphur 30 c until I get cured? Thank you all for reading

It is difficult to find a homeopath in my country or at least I don't know anyone except for a friend who lives in another country. I will order Bacilinum but it will take time.
Thanks for your prompt answer.
Best regards
