Burning sensation in urinary tract

I am suffering from Burning sensation in urination problem from almost 15 years.I had taken treatment many times from many doctors but still problem persists.It stops for few months but again starts. (Recent medicine- cantheris 200, vul 200).doctor said to drink more water,stop fried and spicy food. Now I am drinking more water and not eating spicy food. Still problem is as it is.i had done urine culture test also.No UTI infection as doctor confirmed. It is intolerable sometimes basically in morning and evening time.sometime sensation reduce if drink more water for few hours.but is not permanent cure.
