Dr.Kadwa help my maid

Dear Sir

My maid's mother, a woman of about 40, near about 5', black complexioned, fat, mother of two girls , one already married, came to my wife and began to cry.She is a fisherman's wife. She told my wife that she had been suffering from irregular menstruation and white discharge that has an acrid impact on the skin. She took allopathic medicines but without result.She had heard your name from her daughter who works at our home, discussing about the efficacy of your remedies among us hence pleads my wife so that you do her your favor.

Please do something for that lady.
