Lens Implant vs. Silicea/Hepar Sulphur’s Foreign Body Removal Capacity
In cataract surgery, we generally implant an intra-ocular lens in the eye. And we know that Silicea and Hepar Sulphur have the capacity to remove foreign body from our body. Now the question is, if someone has an intra-ocular lens implanted in his eye as part of cataract surgery, is it safe for him to take remedies like Silicea and Hepar sulphur? My mother has an intra-ocular lens implanted in her one eye. Recently, she had a sore throat with a wheezing cough. The pain was shooting to ear. The sore throat was excited by exposure to cold. It was a good picture of Hepar Sulphur. But I could not give her Hepar Sulphur for fear that it might cause trouble.
Does anyone has a real experience about this issue?

apart from Hepar & Silicea there are more than 100 remedies which can help
and nothing gonna happen even if you give but first get sure wether your mom really need Hepar or any other remedy

Thanks dr.jitesh for response.
I had already given her the nearest remedy (in my consideration) Merc Sol 200, and the cure was also nearest, not complete. Then, I had to use some good herbal remedy to remove the remaining sore throat. I was considering Hepar because the symptoms were indicating it.
Anyway, my goal of this thread was to get information on Heapr and Silicea on patients with implants, esp intra-ocular lens. What dose the practical experience say about their safety?

Many persons with lens implant have taken Silicea 200 on my advice. Sometimes aggressive dosing has been following for the presenting symptoms. The remedy did no harm to their eyes or lenses.
