Crazy Heart beats and sometimes missed/fluctuations during physical activity or times of stress
Hello Doctors.I am 39 year old Male old.
decent health.bit obese but im working out for a year. I lift weights and running 3 days a week and lost good weight.I still have some flab in my body.
My issue is when im climbing stairs, minor running or stress related work at office(something like whats going to happen what will happen Oh MY GOd or when traing in stock market)
I start getting Crazy Heart beats. i can feel them in my neck and sometimes missed/fluctuations of heart beats in my chest during intense physical activity or times of stress.
My friend told me its arrythmia.
I want to do more intense activities but scared to perform because of heart beats.
please recommend something that can fix this issue.

Your body is doing what is supposed to do meaning that when we are under the stress, the adrenal glands produce strss hormone called cortisol and it rises blood pressure.Your body is trying to adjust any changes in a body so I don't think you need to medicate for that but if you so worry, then go find out what is.
And don't listen to someone who makes you scared or anxious. I think you are doing great, trying to take care of yourself with regular exercise and all that.
