Chronic cough

My two twin kids 3.5 yrs have chronic cough since 2 months.
Sometimes fever comes nd go..running nose with yellow dischrage..but cough never goes..sometimes dry cough, loud, sometimes with mucous sound with nadal congestion.
Can anyone suggest a proper homeopathy medicine.
Already tried nux, bryonia, kali carb, sulphur, causticum.

Cough and fever for 2 months?

Have you taken him/her to see a doctor and find out what is?

Yes and everytime they just give flu medicines..
Chest x ray, blood test, influenza swab test all r fine..
I stopped all milk products, oil ghee and just stopped taking them out to prevent dust allergy..but no use

give Echinacea Q, 5 drops three times daily
and
Hydrastis canadensis Q, 5 drops three times daily to support immune system, and Bacillinum 200c, one dose a day for a few days and see if it helps for the cough.
1 dose is 2 pills or 2 drops.
Report back in 10 days.
