Chalazion in left side eye from more than 1 year

No Diabetics.
BP is normal.
Sir, I have been suffering from in my left eye lower eyelid(small) and left eye upper eyelid(too Small).
I am suffering from this more than 1 year. All though I am taking homeopathy treatment chalazions are not going away. they are either increasing or decreasing in size but they are not completely going.
Now in Upper lid its having very small bumple on the middle point. When touching it, feel it.
In Lower lid the bump isn't so big & not so small. It's can visualize and feel by touching easily.
I have taken Staphysagria 200, Conium Mac 200, Thuja Occ 200, Heper Super 200.now I am taking Cal Flour 200.
I have some other problems
1. Polyps in nose.
2. Alopecia(2 side hair line reduced) hair loss & baldness.
3. Gynecomastia
Some of symptoms are:
#very little Hand and feet sweaty problem.
#Digestions are not very well. Usually toilet after 2 days. appetite for food is very good. I can eat rich amount of food at a time, but can't digest them well.
#Nose and scalp is oilly.
#Blackheads in nose.
#Masturbation, tried so many times to leave this bad havit, but i couldn't make it. Usually i Masturbate 2 times in week. Sometimes do it everyday. About 6 year it's running.
Will these chalazions go away? Please Prescribe me.
