No saliva no thirst

Sir
My father 77y.Wt 54kg Height 5'3".is chronic patient of weak digestion and bronchitis.
He have diagnosed hypothyroidism on 3rd March 2020.
He is taking
1.Eltroxin 25
2.foracort 400 inhaler
3.Tiate inhaler

Now he is suffering from extreme dryness in mouth.No Saliva.Hard to speak ,even he speaks its a whispering voice.
No thirst.No urge to eat.always try to lye down.

Can i get a good suggestion.

Give Carbo Veg 6c every after 3 hours in a day one drop .
for three days and then stop .

observe and change and then come back .

3pills 3 times a day in empty stomach.
